Kellie Como

Kellie Como is an industry unicorn with over 20 years of experience in beauty and fine fragrance, bringing a unique set of skills, passion and fun to everything she sets her sights on. Armed with a degree in chemistry and a natural flair for creating and marketing perfumes, she set off on what would become an impressively accomplished and award-winning career.

Beginning her journey as Formulation Chemist for the Pond’s Brand, Kellie then advanced to Sr. Director of Product Development for Gryphon Development, where she created numerous innovations for Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works. 

Kellie is fashionista at heart, and while at Unilever Prestige she had the honor and privilege of working with Vera Wang to co-create her first bridal fragrance, Vera Wang, which went on to win the FiFi Award for best fragrance in 2002. This collaboration inspired Kellie, and together with her love of fashion drove her to establish successful partnerships with many fashion icons while working for Unilever and later for Inter Parfums. She has teamed up with Karl Lagerfeld, Oscar de la Renta and Calvin Klein, to name a few, and won several more FiFi Awards in the process. The last few years have found her on the forefront of e-commerce with Hampton Beauty, notably working with the Kim Kardashian DTC fragrance franchise.

An active member of WFFC and CEW, a group of industry leaders who give back to the community as well as lend expertise to up-and-coming business leaders as they graduate, Kellie also serves as a mentor to college students interested in pursuing careers within the beauty industry.
